Private Sessions
The mind is often so burden that it is impossible to relax and come into peace, and it is not possible to know who we are if the mind cannot be at ease and transparent for a moment. A private session is one way of working with this.
I work with trauma, early life decisions, Shock and Gestalt Therapy and Voice Dialogue to help removing obstacles so meditation and clarity can arise. It can be one sessions or a longer program depending on the situation.
A session costs 1000 DKK. Or if a session happens in Sweden, it costs 1000 SEK.
I am giving these sessions in in Gilleleje at the Matter of the Heart Retreat Center and also in other places we are visiting in connection with courses and satsangs.
For people coming to Gilleleje from outside Denmark it is possible to stay overnight. There are a limited number of beds in shared rooms available at the Matter of the Heart Retreat Center. The accommodation is 150 DKK in the summertime (1 April to 31 October) and 200 DKK in the winter (1 November to 31 March). This includes breakfast. Towel and bedsheets are 50 DKK if you don´t bring your own. You can also find a place to stay at the local Bed and Breakfast facilities. at a local Bed & Breakfast nearby.
