Concert:

“An evening in Self remembrance

The first part of this evening consists of a concert where Carl Jonas will sing his heart opening songs as well as share some of the stories behind them.

After the concert there will be space for a dialogue where words and silence is equally cherished. In short this is an evening where the realisation of that which is always and already here is in the centre, through the means of surrender and resonance into the simplicity of being.”

Workshop:

“During this workshop Carl Jonas will guide us to explore our voice by feeling it from within the body.

You are invited to playfully explore the dynamic interplay between tension and release, activity and relaxation. Sensing into vibrations and energy and how it effects the voice in different ways. We may think of it as an active meditation.”
