A Journey Inward

Description:

This course is about meeting and integrating our inner polarities – the inner man and the inner woman – to create balance, deepen our connection with ourselves, and enhance our ability to love. Inspired by wisdom around the Svadhisthana chakra (the second chakra), and our relationship to emotions, creativity, and sexuality, we explore how we can awaken these energies and strengthen our connection with ourselves and others.

We work with the idea that our inner man or woman reflects in our relationships and projections onto others. The course offers a practical and transformative process where we explore what it means to meet these aspects of ourselves at a deep level.

In the course, we work with:

• Exploration of the Svadhisthana chakra: How this energy center is connected to emotions, sexuality, and creativity.
• Meeting the inner man/woman: Guided meditation and creative exercises to connect with these inner energies.
• Relationships and projections: Understanding how we project our inner man/woman onto outer relationships and how this affects our patterns of love.
• Balance and integration: Working to unite the inner man and woman to achieve deeper wholeness.
• Creativity and liberation: Awakening and strengthening the creative life energy that lies latent within our inner polarities.
